With a history spanning more than 20 years, Rodolfo Natário's path as a consultant is a testament to professional excellence and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Initially collaborating as a consultant for international real estate brands, his rise to number one Iberian consultant and recognition as a benchmark in the sector highlight his ability to anticipate trends and lead by example. With solid roots in the construction industry and an entrepreneurial vision, Rodolfo Natário has demonstrated leadership skills and a corporate culture centred on people and collective commitment, paving the way for continued growth.

In 2019, he joined forces with Sónia Casares to open their own agency within one of the international real estate networks, where they won the Rookie Agency of the Year award in 2020 and reached the top as best "single office" agency in 2023.

In 2024, the RODOLFO NATÁRIO - Casas São Paixões brand asserts its independence as a standalone brand with the ambition of becoming the reference brand in the real estate sector. In the vision of the two partners, Rodolfo Natário and Sónia Casares, every real estate agency will look like this in the future. With two offices in Restelo, Lisbon — on Rua Tristão Vaz nº 10 B and Rua D. Jerónimo Osório nº 10 A — and a team of more than 100 consultants, our mission is to attract professionals passionate about real estate, committed to solid values of transparency and dedication.

Rodolfo Natário

Graduate in real estate management with several international training courses in luxury real estate from ISEG. Real estate consultant since 2005. What distinguishes his work is the recognition of the importance of clients, the trusting relationship he builds with them and the way he values their real estate assets.

The fact that his background was in construction, before he entered the real estate market, gave him the construction knowledge needed to understand exactly the type of properties he sells. With a proven record in the real estate market, he is now a benchmark in the field. Awarded as one of Europe's top consultants in 2017 and named the number one Iberian consultant in 2018 in one of the international real estate networks.

His passion for the sector led him to broaden his horizons and decide, in 2020, to open his own office and real estate brokerage agency in Restelo, in order to take his clients and his dream even further.

Sónia Casares

Graduate in Economics (ISEG – University of Lisbon) with extensive professional experience in management consulting and administrative and financial management (mainly in the construction sector), including about 8 years abroad. In real estate since 2017, she is driven by the desire and enjoyment of contact and relationships with people. She has learned and grown a great deal professionally in this sector, which she fell in love with. Here, she met and worked with Rodolfo Natário, a notable reference in this field, and together they brought their dreams to life, making a difference in real estate.

In 2021/2022 she consolidated her knowledge in the field with a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at the Portuguese Catholic University.
